What Stillhaus is

Stillhaus turns a phone walkthrough into listing stills. That means we handle photos of homes — sometimes lived-in homes — and send selected frames to an image model to relight and clean clutter.

What we collect

• Account email, name, and sign-in provider.
• Plan, credit ledger, and (when you pay) Stripe customer and subscription ids.
• Walkthrough frames you choose to enhance, plus saved listing stills you keep.
• Anonymous site events (page views, extract, enhance) for operating the studio.
• Referral codes if you share one.

Extracting frames happens on your device. We do not receive the video file unless a still is sent for Studio AI.

AI processing

Studio AI sends the still you selected to Atlas Cloud and, if needed, xAI. Those providers process the image to return an enhanced still. Do not upload frames that include documents, faces of minors, or anything you would not show on a public listing. Privacy mode asks the model to blur faces, screens, and papers; it is not a guarantee.

What we keep

Saved listings live in your library until you delete them. Share links show the stills to anyone with the URL. Featured gallery listings are opt-in from your library. We keep billing records as long as the account is open, and a short credit ledger.

Payments

Card data is handled by Stripe. We store customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.

Your choices

Delete a listing from the library to remove its stills. Close your account by emailing support from the address on the account. We will drop saved stills and personal data we do not have to keep for taxes or fraud.
