The service

Stillhaus is a studio tool. You upload a walkthrough or stills, pick frames, and may spend credits on Studio AI. Free stills may carry a mark. Paid plans are billed by Stripe when billing is live.

Your photos

You must have the right to photograph the home and to run those frames through an AI model. You keep ownership of your photos. You grant Stillhaus a license to process them, store saved listings, and — only if you feature a listing — show them on the public gallery.

Altered photos

These stills were digitally processed with Stillhaus (studio lighting and optional clutter cleanup). Architecture, furniture, plants, and art are not invented. Some MLS boards and brokerages require you to disclose digitally altered listing photos. Stillhaus does not submit photos to MLS, Zillow, or Airbnb for you.

You are responsible for MLS, brokerage, Airbnb, and advertising rules in your market. Stillhaus does not file listings, does not invent rooms, and does not guarantee a still will be accepted by any platform.

Credits and plans

Credits are a usage unit, not cash. Failed Studio AI attempts are refunded. Unused credits expire when the period resets unless a pack added them to the current balance. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. We may refuse or cap accounts that abuse the models.

No listing advice

Stillhaus is not a brokerage, photographer of record, or legal service. Output is a starting still, not a certified listing photo.
